We ensure your property is maintained and managed by ensuring we carry out 6 month routine inspections religiously at which time we take photos of the condition of the property that we are happy to provide to the landlord. We conduct regular rent reviews, where we will let you know what the property market is doing and give our recommendation on what you can expect to get. After all, for most landlords an investment property is their largest investment asset, so you may as well maximise the return.
